Decentrix Privacy Policy

1. The Information that We Collect:

We respect your privacy. Decentrix uses information collected at sites only for its own internal purposes. We will not sell, rent or release personally identifiable information to any other party except in ways you have consented or as defined in this policy.

2. How We Use the Information:

Use of personal information by Decentrix:
We endeavor to limit the amount of information we collect to what we believe is necessary to provide you with the best service and product experience from Decentrix. We gather aggregated information about services and page visits to the Web sites of our End Users.

Personal information, Sponsors and other Third Parties:
Decentrix partners with Sponsors who privately brand our technology to provide applications, services, and products to End Users. Decentrix may also partner with Third Parties, which provide applications, services, or products that are embedded within our technology.

If a Sponsor or End User is asked for personal information by Decentrix, that Sponsor or End User is providing this information only to Decentrix, unless the Sponsor or End User is using applications, services or products provided by a Sponsor or other Third Party. Personal information may also be collected by Sponsors or Third Party providers when Sponsors or end Users access pages, or view or respond to an advertisement or promotion served by Third Party on a Decentrix's Web site, Sponsor's registration pages or Third Party Web sites. Use by a Sponsor or Third Party Provider of any information collected will be subject to such Provider's privacy policy, and Decentrix has no responsibility or liability for such independent policies or the Providers' use of such information. We advise that all End Users review a Sponsor or Third Party provider's privacy statement prior to registering for their service.

Use of Cookies:
We also collect information by the use of "cookies." Cookies are tiny text documents stored on your computer by our service, which accesses the information they store to permit us to provide you with a customized user experience. Cookies also permit us to track your use of our service.

Most browsers can be set to reject cookies (look in your browser's Internet Options area). If your browser does not accept cookies, however, many of the functions and services we provide may not work properly.

3. How Secure is My Information?

Decentrix knows the security of your site and data is important to you and consequently uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, including methods such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. We make every effort to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. In addition, we always use a secure connection when collecting personal financial information from you. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. There are risks that data could be intercepted or interfered with during Internet transmission or through breaking security measures to protect data stored in our database.
Your Decentrix account is password-protected so in addition to those Sponsors or Third parties who may provide you applications or services, only you and those you designate can access it and view the personal information relevant to your registration. Ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any registration information.

4. Legal Requirement to Disclose Information:

Decentrix may disclose registration information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights. Decentrix may also disclose information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the Decentrix License and Access Agreement for End Users. We can disclose any personal information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with a violation of the Decentrix License and Access Agreement for End Users, an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.

5. How does Decentrix Notify Sponsors or End Users of Changes in the Privacy Policy?

This policy is periodically reviewed by Decentrix and may be subject to change from time to time. It is your responsibility to check this Privacy Policy periodically and you may refer to the date posted at the top of this page to determine when this policy was last updated. Continued use of the Decentrix products, services and applications constitutes consent to any policies then in effect.

For further assistance with this, End Users may send an email to support@decentrix.com
